Return Policy

Ordering from AroseNY.com indicates your acceptance of the conditions of our return policy.

We are pleased to provide a Complete Satisfaction Guarantee because we always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Your option of a shop credit or a refund to your original payment method is available for returns made within 14 days.

  • Only store credits are available for returns made within 15–30 days.

  • After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Your refund will be less than the original shipping and payment processing expenses for your order(s)/package(s).
    The cost of the route package insurance is not refundable.

  • Returns must be mailed back within 14 days of the delivery date indicated by the USPS/UPS tracking number in order for your original payment method to be refunded. Only store credits are offered for returns made within 15 to 30 days.

  • The cost of returning your goods will be your responsibility (s).

  • Fragrances must be in their whole original packaging, including the bag, and be in exactly the same condition as when they were first delivered. They must also contain at least 95% of the original liquid.

  • Orders that come with free samples are yours to keep!

  • Any return shipments that could be misplaced, damaged or stolen while in transit are not the responsibility of Arose NY. When mailing back your returns, please preserve your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.

  • For the time being, orders placed outside of the United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Consumers are unable to send scents abroad due to international shipping laws. Orders placed exclusively within the continental United States are subject to our return policy.

  • Please wait for 7 to 10 business days after we receive your returned package for the processing of your return credit. You will get a confirmation email that includes information about your reimbursement. The right to evaluate refund claims and demand the return of bought goods is reserved by Arose NY.

Send us a picture of your fragrance(s) and your order number at return@aroseny.com if you're not sure if your fragrance(s) is/are acceptable for returns. We'll give you a pre-approval on your eligibility.
