Shipping Policy

SHIPPING PROCESS

The majority of items are sent in 1-2 business days. During significant discounts and busy shopping times, please give your order up to 5 business days to be processed. The processing time is not affected by the delivery method chosen at checkout. Once your order ships, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Any additional third-party expenses, including those for express shipment, are not refundable.

Promotions offering free delivery are only valid for the 48 contiguous US states.

Please be aware that providing incorrect or incomplete addresses or including unverified information with your purchase may cause processing to be delayed by an extra 1-2 business days. To ensure that any potential delays are avoided, we strongly advise all clients to carefully examine their shipping and invoicing information before proceeding with the purchase.

A signature may or may not be required for your package. The majority of parcels are brought to the front door or mailbox of the specified address, however, it is up to the delivery courier to determine whether it is safe to leave the package out in the open. If they believe it to be risky, they will either reschedule the delivery or keep the box in a nearby post office. Our best suggestion is to include a shipping location where you or another person will be present to collect the delivery (for example, your workplace or a friend's address).
